Start Fellowship Incubator

Shaping the next generation
of innovators

Take the first step in your entrepreneurial journey with START Fellowship — the student-run incubator and accelerator program that is open to young founders from Latin America.

Empowering impactful entrepreneurs globally

Because all great minds should have the chance to put their ideas into reality.

Because the backgrounds shouldn’t stop anyone from pursuing their dreams.

Because everyone deserves to impact the world with innovative ideas.

How it works

The eight weeks incubator program is divided into six key stages:

1
EMPATHIZE

In this first stage you'll gain an understanding of the problem you’re trying to solve. Empathy is crucial as it allows you to set aside your own assumptions about the world and gain real insight into users and their needs.

2
DEFINE

You start to define the core problems you identified. These definitions are called problem statements. The creation of personas will help to keep your efforts human-centered.

3
IDEATE

This is the brainstorming phase, where you generate a wide variety of creative ideas without judgment. The goal is to think outside the box and explore different angles and solutions, even if they initially seem unrealistic.

4
PROTOTYPE

The aim is to identify the best possible solution for your problem. You should produce a inexpensive, scaled-down version of the product to further explore the idea you’ve generated.
