Join our team as a growth teamie in one of our three growth teams. The growth team is a dynamic and results-oriented group dedicated to driving rapid expansion and success within the organization. Comprised of individuals with diverse skill sets, the team collaborates at the intersection of marketing and sales.

Their goal is to attract high-quality participants and attendees for START Summit x Hack, while also building qualitative formats that both entertain and inform. To optimize one of our most crucial revenue streams they focus on implementing innovative growth strategies such as multiplier-marketing, content marketing and social media marketing. Additionally customer research and creative ideation processes allow them to build engaging event formats.

Summit

You will be aiming to attract the most high-quality attendees.

Manage our ticketing strategy and storyline, to optimize one of our most important revenue streams
Develop and execute growth strategies such as multiplier-marketing and network partnerships, as well as content- and social-media marketing.
Build and manage off-stage formats like our Summit pitching competition, Summit startup booths, the co-founder matchmaking & startup school.

your profile

You have a strong passion for driving growth through marketing and sales
You have excellent collaboration and communication skills, and enjoy working as part of a dynamic and results-oriented team
You have a creative mindset and enjoy thinking outside the box to come up with new and effective growth strategies
You are adaptable and able to pivot strategies when necessary to achieve goals
You are willing to gain a deeper understanding of the value propositions that our projects deliver to our customers
You are willing to dive deeper into the needs and dynamics of the startup ecosystem
