The People & Culture team makes sure that everything within the organization and the team runs smoothly and acts as an enabler for all projects, central departments, and for the START Network to achieve the biggest possible success. The People & Culture team also plays a pivotal role in fostering a vibrant and inclusive workplace culture. Committed to nurturing talent and promoting employee well-being, we are dedicated to creating an environment where innovation thrives.

Are you passionate about identifying the next generation of entrepreneurial leaders from LatAm (and Africa) and playing a significant role in shaping the future of our accelerator program? Then join our Startup Scouting and Participant Coordination Team!

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Selecting the top 38 emerging founders from LatAm (and Africa)
  • Coordinating interviews with applicants, alumni, VCs, and Mentors
  • Enhancing participants' experiences by managing all participant-related topics (housing, living, etc.)
  • Organizing and coordinating team events that foster a stronger START Fellowship team and shape our vibrant culture
