Katharina is a Partner at Index Ventures focusing primarily on software applications and leading Index’ investment activities in the German-speaking ecosystem. Index is a global fund with offices in London, New York and San Francisco and invests across stages from pre-seed to growth. Katharina previously was an investor at Cherry Ventures and started her career at The Boston Consulting Group in Zurich. Katharina graduated from the University of St. Gallen with a B.A. in Business Administration and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Max Hodak is currently CEO of Science, a biology-driven technology company focused on the brain. Previously, he helped start Neuralink, where he served as President from inception through early 2021, and Transcriptic, a robotic cloud laboratory for the life sciences, where he was CEO for the first five years. Max graduated from Duke University's Pratt School of Engineering in May 2012 after averaging 128,550 miles flown each of the prior two years commuting between full-time work in California, and school and research in North Carolina. He has been programming since he was five or six, and is eagerly looking forward to a world more bits than atoms.

Christian Miele is General Partner at Headline, a venture capital fund investing globally. Some of his portfolio companies include Sorare, Sparetech, Robco, Mistral AI, PlanRadar, numa, Mine, and Kenbi. A former startup entrepreneur, he was a global venture development director at Rocket Internet and went on to build his own startup. Christian holds a master's degree from INSEAD and is the former Chairman of the German Startup Association, with whom he successfully campaigned for a national reform of employee stock ownership programs. In 2021, Handelsblatt, Germany's main financial newspaper, named him investor of the year.

Bryan Johnson is the world's most measured human. Johnson sold his company, Braintree Venmo, to PayPal for $800m in 2013. Through his Project Blueprint, Johnson has achieved metabolic health equal to the top 1.5% of 18 year olds, inflammation 66% lower than the average 10 year old, and reduced his speed of aging by the equivalent of 31 years.

Matt Clifford is cofounder of Entrepreneur First, which he started with Alice Bentinck in 2011. With Alice, Matt is also the co-author of ‘How to be a Founder’, the essential guide on how entrepreneurs can identify, fund, and launch their best ideas.Matt is the Chair of the Advanced Research and Invention Agency (ARIA), and sits on the board of Code First Girls, which he cofounded in 2013 to teach young women how to code. Matt was co-lead for the UK’s preparations for, and co-chair of, the first Global Summit on AI Safety, which the UK is hosted in November 2023.

George Robson is a Partner at Sequoia, focusing on fintech and consumer. Prior to being one of Sequoia’s first hires in London, George worked as a Product Owner at Revolut. He supports a mix of companies including Trade Republic, Mos, Telda, Two, Pennylane and the founders who join Arc, Sequoia’s early stage catalyst. George started his career in Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley and co-founded Kickstart Global, a London-based accelerator.
