Where and when does START Summit 2026 take place?

When should I arrive and leave St. Gallen?

We recommend arriving by 18. March before the afternoon. If you are flying in, the nearest major airport is Zurich (ZRH), which is only a 1-hour train ride away from St. Gallen. Within the city, you can take bus lines 3, 4, or 6 from the main train station directly to the venue (Olma Halls). Since there is a legendary afterparty on Friday night, the earliest you should plan to leave is Saturday morning, or stay for our Swiss Weekend program.

Can I buy a ticket on behalf of someone else?

Can I transfer or refund my ticket?

Tickets are generally non-refundable. however, you can easily transfer your ticket to another person by updating the attendee information via your personalization link. This is possible at any time until the registration on the event platform (app) is completed. Once a user has joined the app, the ticket information is fixed to that person. For further assistance regarding transfers or your booking, please reach out to experience@startsummit.ch.
