The Beginning

Founded by students at HSG to connect entrepreneurial talent. The First Summit took place in 1997.

2002-2007

START Network

International events and local hubs were created in Nuremberg and Munich.

2008-2015

START Hack

START Summit continued its growth and the first START Hack took place, expanding the scope of START Global.

2016-2019

Olma Halls

START Summit moved its event location from the HSG Campus to the Olma Halls.

2020-2021

START Fellowship

In 2020, we saw the launch of our Accelerator program.

2022-2025

START Foundation

The launch of START foundation and move of START Hack to the Olma halls have lead to us reaching new heights. Every year.
