for the project
over the year
hour commitment
We are looking for motivated individuals who bring energy, initiative, and a willingness to contribute to the team. By joining START Global, you will learn how to work in a driven team environment, take ownership of projects, and help build something from the ground up.
Being part of the team requires a consistent commitment throughout the year. The workload corresponds to the 8 ECTS awarded for the project, equivalent to approximately 720 hours over the year (around 90 hours per credit).
Your active participation, reliability, and a proactive mindset are essential to making us and our projects successful.
Applications are open until the 25th of April 2026. You will be screened after applying and selected candidates are invited to further rounds.

What You Can Learn
START has been a real leadership accelerator for me. From organizing large-scale events to coordinating with founders, partners, and team members, I learned how to take ownership, make decisions under pressure, and align people around a clear goal. It taught me responsibility, clarity, and how to consistently deliver results through others.
An incredibly formative experience for me was working at START Global. I was able to deal with legal issues not only in theory, but above all in a practical way, and to immerse myself early on in contract law as well as corporate law... What particularly surprised me was seeing how practically oriented and professional a student organization can operate.
Here, I learned to work with discipline and ownership, collaborate with major external partners, develop and execute strategies, and step up as a leader.
It was the time in which I learned most about how effective task and project management works in a highly dynamic environment and what it really takes to get shit done. I came to understand the power of clear communication... Most of all, I gained clarity on the kind of people I want to work with, the industry I want to build in, and my personal 'why'.
You never truly understand what it takes to build a company until you're in the trenches with the people actually doing it. START Fellowship isn't about sitting on the sidelines gaining insights, it's about learning (and sometimes building) right alongside them. The uncertainty and risks will always be outweighed by the drive to create, to innovate, and to shape a better future.
